			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>DO NOT RENT TO THE KEPPERT’S!  They are being EVICTED for the 2nd time  in a year that we know of!  They come off as being so nice but so evil.  They do not pay their rent and will turn around and try to sue you for  whatever they could just to get out of paying rent.  Then they skip out  and move onto the next and the next and the next without having to pay  any rent!  Bounced 1st check and owe over $7000 in back rent! That’s  what you get for being a “nice guy”&#8230;..No one will pursue them because  just happy to get rid of them.  They raise chickens, geese and ducks  (without permission) AND have 6 little kids and an EX-husband that lives  with them and takes care of the kids.  They are sneaky and lie.  They  act like they own your rental and do whatever they want without asking!   They’ve destroyed the once well maintained yard, fire in the kitchen,  tiles down in bathroom and God only knows what else by the time we could  get in to access the other damage. They play the system.  Found past  landlords and did the same to them.  Please email me if you have any  information on them.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Own rental house in Hunstville, AL.  Rented to Keena M. Brooks.  Tenant rarely paid on time.  During last year tenant provided numerous payment schedules and never met them.  Finally the tenant moved out without notification on July 4, 2010.  I did not realize this occurred until I confronted her.  She admitted to it, but still did not remove her belongings until October 31, 2010.  Keena owes me over 6 months rent.  Keena left rotting food in the fridge and had the utilities shut off.  This damaged the Fridge.  It also caused the entire house to smell.  Had to remove all carpet and paint all walls.  Grease was caked in the kitchen. Had to hire someone to clean.  Long story short. SHE IS FULL OF LIES.  Do not trust her and by all means do not rent to her.  She thinks she is entitled and everything should reside on her schedule. This renter is now in the Virginia area. Beware!
